This year I was able to convince Kal to take us to spend the day at Mcleod Park for the Canada Day Celebrations!! We met my brother and his family and my friend Suzie and her kids and my other friend Camile and her kids too!! It was soo busy when we got there at 11:15am I thought that we would be there early enough so that it wasn't too crazy but it was ok, the kids were having a blast already and it was sooo HOT!! Ronin was a champ just sitting in the stroller watching everything going on around him.
This was Mareesa's first time going on rides and she loved it!! She would've gone on the train a hundred times if we'd let her, Mareesa and Ryleigh went on the swing together and WOW did that ride go fast!! The girl running it said it was only going half the speed too, never the less they loved it!! We let the kiddies play on the bouncy toys and slides for the rest of our stay there, we left around 3:30 and are planning on coming back later after Mareesa & Ronin have their naps so we can spend some more time on rides and maybe stay for the fireworks!! We'll have to see how they hold up, I have to say that they were very good today in the HEAT!!

Looks like you had lots of fun :) We enjoyed it yesterday and it wasn't as busy which was good. Hannah was able to go on the rides over and over without having to get off!
Were those the toddler swings or the bigger ones on the other side of the park?
It was busy, but the wait for the rides weren't too bad..
Those swings were in the toddler zone, we didn't really spend too much time on the other side, all Mareesa wanted to do was ride the train....
We stayed to watch the fireworks and they were awesome, i think it was almost 1/2 hour or so...really impressive!!
